In this field‑based role you will serve as the face of Ecolab, manage your territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to help customers achieve a cleaner, safer and healthier environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts
Use your problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring your customers’ operations are fully functional
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
Position Details This position may require travel to Dearborn, MI and surrounding areas. During training you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks.
Weekend Rotation Generally 1 in 10 weekends are required (based on business demand).

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry‑related experience
Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays for emergency assistance
Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
No immigration sponsorship available for this position
Physical Requirements of Position
Lifting 50 lbs
Pushing/pulling
Standing, bending, stooping
Working in confined spaces
Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated)
Availability to work overtime
Driving a company vehicle as required; pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree or other advanced training or certifications
Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or pool and spa

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total compensation range for this position is $61,700–$92,500, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance. Compensation considers experience, education, training, geography, and other factors. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
