Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by managing policy inquiries, processing changes, and addressing client concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
Support agency owners in daily operations, ensuring smooth policy administration and client satisfaction.
Assist with agency marketing initiatives, leveraging creativity to drive growth and brand awareness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations to offer informed solutions.
Key Qualifications
Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are highly desired.
Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, services, and processes.
Skilled in office software (MS Office, CRM systems) with experience using marketing tools like social media platforms, email marketing software, and Canva.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proven customer outreach and promotional strategy experience.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client relationships.
Works effectively with others while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
Flexible and open to evolving responsibilities as the business grows.
