Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share in all sectors within the assigned territory or region while leading and managing the local Profit Center to ensure safe, efficient and superior customer experiences through application of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
Perform and lead sales efforts to expand an existing portfolio in a high-demand market. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on new business development and customer retention. Manage Profit Center operations, including safe, efficient customer experiences as per company policies. Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to achieve sales goals. Qualifications
4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3‑4 years of related sales experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Minimum age 21 years. Strong project management skills. New business development and customer retention skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Solid computer skills. Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations. Physical Demands
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required. Accommodations

$40,000.00 – $62,965.00 base pay. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Benefits
