Job Description Evaluation of Investment Performance for various products offered by CTI and support the team in RFP/RFIs and other adhoc requests.
Responsibilities
Measure and analyze Investment Performance while working with multiple systems.
Gather Performance data, scrub the data, and perform data integrity checks and validation.
Apply basic analytical skills to understand key drivers of Investment performance.
Write up commentary for senior leaders. Produce and communicate results to internal clients.
Execute reports in a timely and accurate manner under stringent deadlines.
Perform variance analysis between systems, Return Calculation, and Performance Attribution Analysis. Manage personal, day to day activities.
Need high attention to detail and perform self-quality checks.
Support additional performance initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience working in the same domain/industry and good experience on reporting using MS Excel and other Performance tools like Aladdin, Factset, Morningstar.
Strong Capital Market Knowledge (esp. Securities, Mutual Funds, Forex, etc.).
Have a strong knack for Automation and an analytical approach towards Problem Solving.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Aladdin, Morningstar, Factset, and Lipper would be useful.
Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidate will have the following attributes: Critical thinker (problem solving), organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Hold strong communication skills (verbal/written) and familiarity with investment and Performance Measurement concepts like GIPS.
Hands on experience on Advanced Excel, VBA, and SQL.
