We’re seeking a Sales & Operations Lead to drive our painting sales process, ensure smooth job execution, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role starts as a commission-only sales position, but top performers will quickly earn bonuses, a base salary, and leadership opportunities as they grow with the company.
At 360 Painting, we specialize in premium residential and commercial painting services, and we need a motivated individual to help us build our brand and reputation in the North Dallas area.
What You’ll Be Doing Sales & Customer Acquisition
Meet with homeowners and business owners to provide estimates and close deals
Follow up with leads, referrals, and past customers to drive repeat business
Hit and exceed sales targets using our proven sales process
Track and report key performance metrics
Operations & Customer Satisfaction
Check in at the start of each job to ensure proper setup and expectations with the customer
Conduct final walkthroughs to guarantee satisfaction and collect payment
Act as a liaison between customers and painting crews, ensuring clear communication
Monitor job progress and address any on-site issues
Growth & Leadership Development
Assist in recruiting and managing painting crews
Provide input on marketing strategies to generate more leads
Develop skills in business operations, sales management, and project execution

Requirements Experience & Skills Needed
2+ years of sales experience (home services, in-home sales, or B2C preferred)
Strong ability to communicate and close deals with homeowners and business owners
Comfortable using CRM software, email, and scheduling tools
Reliable transportation (you’ll be driving to estimates and job sites daily)
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
Experience in painting, construction, or home services sales
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a huge plus!
Experience managing subcontractors or field crews
Physical & Availability Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays (this is when many homeowners are available for estimates)
Able to walk job sites, climb ladders if needed, and engage with painting crews on-site
Compensation & Perks
Path to Salary + Commission after proving success

Mileage reimbursement for job site visits
