What You’ll Do
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across key People metrics including talent pipeline health, retention, engagement, and leadership development outcomes
Analyze workforce trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for People and Operations leaders
Partner with HR Systems, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure data integrity and integrate People data into business scorecards
Develop standardized KPIs and reporting definitions to create consistency across the organization
Prepare quarterly People Insights reports connecting talent outcomes to business performance
Lead and support cross-functional People projects from concept through execution
Apply structured project management tools to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Track initiative progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure accountability across teams
Develop scorecards and success measures for key initiatives such as talent acquisition, training, and EVP
Create executive-ready presentations and narratives that communicate impact and drive alignment
How You’ll Contribute
Bring clarity and structure to People data, enabling better and faster decision-making
Translate complex analytics into simple, actionable insights that drive results
Strengthen accountability and execution across key People initiatives
Connect People metrics to business outcomes such as retention, internal mobility, and labor productivity
Partner across functions to align priorities and ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs
Elevate how the organization measures success and tracks the impact of People strategies
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, or HR Project Management
Bachelor’s Degree Required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
Experience in a multi-unit, hospitality, or high-growth environment preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Experience working with HR systems (Workday, ADP, or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights
Strong collaboration skills, executive presence, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Salary Range USD $115,000 – $125,000 annually plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Final salary within the range will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and other job-related qualifications.

This role follows a hybrid schedule. You’ll join us at our Restaurant Support Center in Huntington Beach Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
Pay Range: USD $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 /Yr.
