Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow revenue within existing accounts for a reputable promotional products company in the Capital Region. In this role, you will focus on strengthening customer relationships, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and increasing account penetration through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow revenue within existing accounts.
Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase account penetration.
Conduct proactive outreach to full‑potential customers within assigned territories.
Compensation Competitive hourly base plus commission tied to revenue growth and account performance. High‑performing individuals in this role will have the opportunity to transition into an Outside Sales Representative position.
Benefits for Temporary Assignments For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
