Partner closely with the analytics team to ensure proper conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks are in place to accurately assess campaign effectiveness and inform media mix decisions.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing page experiences to systematically improve performance and build institutional knowledge.
Manage relationships with media platform representatives (Google, Meta, etc.) and external agencies or vendors to leverage platform beta opportunities, negotiate value, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with creative, brand, and content teams to brief, develop, and optimize ad creative assets that resonate with target audiences, align with campaign objectives, and meet product and legal requirements.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging paid media capabilities including AI-powered bidding and audience tools and evaluate their applicability to our campaigns.

Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets efficiently, improve cost-per-acquisition, and scale campaigns profitably.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex performance data and strategic recommendations to both marketing and executive audiences.
AI fluency with the ability to leverage AI-powered bidding, creative, and audience tools within paid media platforms to drive incremental performance gains.
