Job Location: VOK - Kirkland, WA 98034 | Position Type: Full Time Volkswagen of Kirkland, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking for full-time Sales Acquisition candidates who are seeking opportunities to advance. We are looking for candidates who have a desire to grow with the company and are committed to working their shifts. This position is paid 100% commission of personal production and unit counts or state minimum wage, whichever is greater. The percentages start at 25% and go up to 50% based on production. Must be flexible and available all days of the week with minimum scheduling conflicts. Benefits

Be prompt for work and appointments. Keep a neat and clean appearance at all times. Maintain an assigned CRM database daily, logging at least three new prospects and ten phone calls made per day. Promote prospects through service department, cold calls, and referrals when customers do not walk in. Be prepared at the beginning of each shift with the previous day’s results and current day’s goals. Accept responsibility for getting payoffs on all auto transactions. Maintain a positive, honest, hard-working, and self-assured attitude with team spirit. Follow all sales department procedures for demonstration and price negotiation. Answer phone sincerely and promptly, establishing rapport and obtaining customer name and number when discussing new or used car purchases. Produce knowledge of Washington State’s legal documentation requirements for all deliveries. Ensure proper paperwork, receipt of all payments, car licensing, and delivery. Oversee delivery, including clean‑up, servicing, documentation, and test drive before licensing and delivery. Keep the showroom and new car display area clean and neat, properly aligning cars by model and color. Notify management of any inventory flaws. Follow up on each delivery via mail and phone within two days. Work on an open floor basis with phone and walk‑ins. Open new and used cars on the lot and arrange lot as necessary. Before leaving each evening, ensure everything is locked on the lot. Track prospects and customer base using a company‑provided week‑at‑a‑glance. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Regular attendance is essential. Work cooperatively, positively, and professionally with all personnel. Treat the public and customers courteously and non‑discriminatorily, maintaining professional demeanor while at work. Conform to company policy regarding non‑discrimination and harassment. Phone, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers. Physical Demands
Required long periods (80–90% of workday) of standing and walking on showroom floor, dealership lot, and building interior and exterior. Capable of walking extensively on concrete. Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting 20lbs or less and carrying 10lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning, reaching and handling objects, occasional climbing, balancing, and crawling. Candidates for this position must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background screening and motor vehicle record review.
