This role partners closely with People, Culture and Transformation, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders to ensure systems are accurate, efficient, user‐friendly, and aligned with organisational needs.Key responsibilities include:* Administer and support HRIS and workforce management systems.* Provide system troubleshooting, user support, and training.* Analyse business processes and recommend system improvements.* Gather requirements and support system enhancements and upgrades.* Maintain data integrity, compliance, and quality across people systems.* Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using Power BI.* Conduct data audits and implement quality controls.* Support HR technology projects, implementations, and automation initiatives.* Coordinate stakeholders and project deliverables.* Create documentation, training materials, and support continuous improvement.**What we’re looking for*** Experience with Workday HRIS, including HCM processes and reporting.* Strong knowledge of UKG Dimensions, timekeeping, rostering, and workforce management.* Understanding of HR, payroll, and time & attendance system integrations.* Proficiency in Power BI reporting and dashboard development.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.* High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
