Job Description We are seeking a full‑time Infrastructure Analyst / System Support Analyst to join the Mckesson team.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of experience supporting applications, systems, software, or desktop environments.
Critical Skills
Experience supporting software applications.
Above average interpersonal and communication skills.
Above average customer‑facing skills.
Adept at resolving technical issues.
Ability to follow documented processes.
Willingness to work in a highly structured and tightly supervised environment.
Ability to work and prioritize well in a fast‑paced, dynamic atmosphere.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
SQL experience (plus).
Experience working within a high‑volume call center (desirable).
BS degree or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
General office demands.
