Job Description Irriland is seeking Inside Sales Representative, Counter Associates to manage in-person customer transactions. This role will be full-time, 30-40 hours per week, or part-time and will report directly to the Branch Manager. To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate and customer-obsessed while serving commercial and residential clients in the green industry.
What you’ll be doing As Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Selling inventory to commercial and residential contractors and individual customers
Answering customer questions in-person or over the phone about products and their availability
Assisting with inventory management within the warehouse
Qualifications
High School diploma, Associate Degree preferred
2+ years irrigation, landscape industry or installation experience
2+ years customer-facing or selling experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional attitude
Multitasking and time-management skills
Drive to learn and develop the client base
Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
