What You’ll Do
Construct, align, and improve secure, scalable network builds for Class II gaming systems.
Take ownership for network build decisions from start to finish across primary and secondary data centers as well as customer environments.
Act in a lead technical capacity for complex network and infrastructure problems that are hindering progress.
Define technical standards, reference architectures, and guidelines applicable to networking of Class II devices.
Maintain high uptime, fault resistance, and efficiency of vital Class II network infrastructure.
Lead complex triage efforts across routing, VPNs, firewalls, and Multi Site networks.
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term reliability improvements.
Analyze performance and resource trends; lead proactive efforts to improve resource use and efficiency.
Build and maintain resilient network infrastructures aligned with cybersecurity guidelines and gaming regulatory requirements.
Lead network change planning and risk assessment within formal change and configuration management processes.
Partner with gaming regulators and internal compliance teams to ensure compliant system operation.
Lead technical execution of new site deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and network modernization efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification preferred.
5+ years of hands‑on enterprise network engineering experience.
Expert-level understanding of routing and networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPSec, QoS, TCP/IP).
Deep hands‑on experience with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent).
Strong experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics platforms.
Proven experience crafting and supporting highly available, regulated, or critically important environments.
Strong security approach and experience implementing secure network architectures.
Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and influence cross‑functional teams.
Ability to obtain required Tribal Gaming licenses which may include providing fingerprints, background checks, financial statements, and any other applicable licensing requests.

Travel Expectations None
Pay Range $84,000 – $156,000 per year
This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) plan with employer matching.
Background screening and regulatory approvals are required. Applicants may need to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities.
