Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment workflows. Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost‑efficient cloud operations. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for consistent, repeatable environment setups. Monitor system performance and logs using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or CloudWatch. Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE). Configure automated backups, disaster recovery strategies, and failover mechanisms for critical applications. Work closely with development teams to streamline deployments, reduce downtime, and improve overall release cycles. Implement robust security practices, including IAM roles, secrets management, KMS encryption, and compliance checks. Optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment time, improve success rates, and eliminate manual intervention. Automate repetitive operational tasks such as environment provisioning, cluster updates, and package installs. Build monitoring dashboards, alerts, and on‑call notifications for rapid issue detection and response. Set up log aggregation, performance monitoring, and tracing for distributed microservices environments. Maintain configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to support scalable infrastructure. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure production readiness of applications through testing automation. Manage version control workflows using Git, branching strategies, and pull request reviews. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long‑term fixes for recurring issues or outages. Support zero‑downtime deployments using blue‑green, canary, and rolling update strategies. Document infrastructure design, processes, runbooks, and deployment procedures thoroughly. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning, architecture discussions, and standups. Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and automation best practices to continuously improve environments.
