Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $110,700.00 - $184,500.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
The job Mentor and collaborate with other members of the Channel Sales Operations team to work with Process and Systems cross functional team on projects to improve efficiencies and provide performance reporting for the Partner and CONNECT team. This individual will collaborate with other Commercial Operations teams to prioritize and execute efficiency and systems projects led by the cross functional teams. The focus of this individual is execution, implementation, support, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Process Lead for Partners and Sales teams to effectively align & embed the rhythm of the business, ensuring globally aligned, regionally executed cadence of review and planning activities throughout the fiscal year.
Develop globally standardized sales process, opportunity management and planning & budgeting processes, establishing the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency collaborating with cross functional teams.
Drive initiatives to streamline tools and processes to align with the greater AVEVA sales organization while preserving the key components of the Partner and CONNECT team sales process.
Collaborate and work with other functional teams to ensure change management and enablement are executed to maximize the team’s efficiency. Ensure all related initiatives are coordinated as a project with well-defined deliverables to ensure all gaps and challenges are addressed.
Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and collaboration with the Process Team.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in collaborating, implementing, and change management of process improvement projects.
Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
Proven experience as a team member for a systems project.
Extensive experience with Salesforce.
Desired Skills
Experience in driving and collaborating structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth and process improvement.
Ability to think strategically and synthesize insights and business implications from data in a meaningful way.
Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders, and to turn business requirements into consumable material.

Hybrid Working We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection. The working arrangement for this position will be confirmed during the hiring process.
