Quick Overview We're hiring a Business Development Representative to grow referral partnerships across commercial sectors such as property management, senior living, hospitality, and retail. This is a field‑based role for a relationship‑driven sales professional who can build trust, develop new business, and grow a territory with autonomy and accountability.
The Role – What You’ll Actually Do
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
Represent Paul Davis at networking events, industry functions, and trade shows.
Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintain regular contact with key accounts to drive retention and growth.
Track pipeline activity, territory performance, and market trends.
Required Experience
3+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
Preferred Experience
Restoration, construction, or property services experience.
Existing network within insurance, property management, or commercial real estate.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $75K–$85K plus commission.
Total compensation potential: $150K+.
