5–8 years’ experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering Experience supporting mission‑critical, high‑availability systems Strong incident management & troubleshooting experience Solid Linux / system‑level debugging skills Experience with real‑time or distributed systems Hands‑on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus) Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar) Strong SQL / data investigation skills Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders) Strongly Preferred Backgrounds

Primary Location: Irving, Texas, United States Time Type: Full time Salary Range: $96,400.00 - $144,600.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
