Position: Outside Sales Representative Location: Ace Cleveland – Strongsville, OH 44149 Job Type: Full Time Shift: Day Salary: $40,000 annual salary plus a $500 auto allowance per month, with commissions and bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay (2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked), paid holidays (7 days annually), three personal days prorated, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits. The position is safety‑sensitive and subject to a random drug test program. Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with your network through regular communication and follow‑ups Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently Work with company personnel to ensure the highest level of service for customers Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of sales experience (industry experience preferred) Proven track record in building and leveraging professional networks to generate leads, particularly in the moving, storage, or related industries Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance; reliable, presentable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present and close sales opportunities in a residential setting Self‑motivated, proactive, independent thinker who thrives in social settings and a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams Familiarity with HubSpot or similar customer‑relationship tools Benefits
