Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM will drive sales volume, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop the team.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of ASMs and oversee in‑store execution.
Drive sales volume and meet sales targets.
Track and report KPIs to enable performance decisions.
Co‑develop and coach team members to improve performance.
Travel 0-10% as required.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
