Several years of leadership experience in the sales of print products and knowledge of the market are desirable
Experience in managing and expanding key accounts as well as in acquiring new customers, including using modern digital tools
Ability to lead adaptively and guide employees through change
High level of empathy
Solution-, goal-, and results‑oriented with a desire for change
Ability to clearly articulate goals, support employees with empathy along the way, and provide both encouragement and challenge
Your Responsibilities
Management and strategic direction of sales, as well as coordination of activities
Management responsibility for office and field staff, and responsible for team stability, performance, and knowledge development
Preparing the respective budgets and being responsible for achieving the targets together with the employees
Monitoring the efficiency and results of measures to achieve goals, including through key performance indicators
Personal management and development of key accounts
Optimization of sales processes
Responsible for collaboration between sales and operations—interface management
Continuous market monitoring and analysis of competitors and customers, as well as the resulting development of appropriate strategic and forward‑looking measures
