The Support Services Business Unit is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in Bellevue, WA.

What you’ll do
Provide desktop and end‑user support for Microsoft Windows environments
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and applications
Support Microsoft Office and other common (and not‑so common) business and engineering applications
Respond to and track support requests in a timely and professional manner
Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
Maintain organized inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment
Collaborate with other IT staff to support infrastructure and operational initiatives
Required qualifications
Provide desktop and end‑user support for Microsoft Windows environments
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Support Microsoft Office and other common (and not‑so common) business and engineering applications

Preferred qualifications
Previous Help Desk or Service Desk experience
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management tools
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation practices
Technical certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, etc.)
