Werner Hyundai, a leading automotive dealership in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Closer to join our team. As a Sales Manager/Closer, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through the effective management of our sales team as well as establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a top-performing sales professional to take their career to the next level with a reputable dealership.
We are looking for:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Competitive and self-motivated attitude with eagerness to improve.
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
