Responsibilities
Be the company’s first point of contact with newest small to mid‑sized prospects.
Handle the fastest‑moving opportunities, focusing on making first contact, teaching customers something new about our product, and negotiating deals with speed.
Use phone and computer skills to refine craft and improve speed from first contact to close.
Make your own leads by researching geographic territory and identifying key suspects.
Draft appropriate methods to start a dialogue with input from your team and manager.
Identify needs for our services and tailor your message on the fly.
Negotiate contracts that customers are excited about executing.
Brainstorm and share insights and success with teammates.
Take constructive feedback from colleagues and managers.
Monitor performance by measuring activities through monthly reporting.
Create presentation masterpieces for executive meetings and presentations.
Use entrepreneurial skills to improve and share methods of success.
Keep systems of record up to date daily with progress on opportunities.

Qualifications
3 years’ experience in a similar role with a smaller company.
Prescient insight to adapt in an environment and anticipate next steps.
Ninja‑like reflexes to handle unexpected events.
An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to try new things.
Been told that your energy and enthusiasm can be felt through the phone.
A knack for attention to detail and organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Worked in a start‑up environment.
College courses/degree.
