GENERAL PURPOSE Step into a key role shaping how millions connect with our brand. As Manager Digital Marketing Analytics you will lead the evolution of traffic generation and audience insights across North America eCommerce. Your work will sharpen marketing investment decisions expand reach grow audiences and power sustainable sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead traffic and audience analytics strategy Align market execution with global frameworks to accelerate growth
Analyze marketing investment attribution and ROI to optimize performance across paid and owned channels
Translate data into clear insights on awareness engagement and purchasing behavior to guide business decisions
Identify growth opportunities through audience targeting personalization and consumer engagement programs
Partner across teams to deliver forecasts business cases and post campaign insights that drive results
COLLABORATION AND CONSULTING
Guide stakeholders on the impact of marketing spend reach and audience strategy on business outcomes
Work across regional and global analytics teams to unlock new opportunities and revenue streams
Enable teams with insights tools and training to improve data informed decision making
Build strong partnerships across digital marketing eCommerce and analytics communities
BEST PRACTICES AND TOOLSETS
Develop scalable frameworks and tools to optimize traffic audience growth and customer lifetime value
Advance measurement approaches for both paid and organic channels
Support innovation in data usage analytics models and reporting capabilities
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Digital Activation and Marketing teams including performance marketing and consumer engagement
Regional eCommerce teams
Market and Global Digital Analytics
Market and Global Data and Analytics teams
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in business or related field
Experience in traffic generation and audience analytics across digital channels
Background in eCommerce and digital marketing ecosystems
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Expertise in marketing analytics tools attribution models and ROI measurement
Strong data analysis capabilities including SQL data environments and visualization tools
Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Experience with audience segmentation personalization and consumer databases
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across cross functional teams

Hybrid Work Policy At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday.
