Process Design & Optimization Delivery Lead
Capital Group’s Enterprise Change Office (ECO) seeks a leader to drive strategic, high‑complexity PD&O initiatives across the organization. The role involves designing and implementing enterprise‑wide process improvements, managing resources, and leading stakeholder engagement to increase scale and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end PD&O transformations, delivering business‑impact projects through full lifecycle execution. Develop and communicate clear transformation strategies, including scope definition, priorities, success metrics and approach. Manage and develop a team of process optimization practitioners, fostering skill growth and delivering results. Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders; orchestrate governance, benefits realization, and change management activities. Drive decision‑making through consultative engagement and facilitation of stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with technology teams to design, test and deploy workflow solutions and robotic process automation. Ensure delivery of projects within schedule, budget and quality standards; report status to senior management. Required Qualifications
10+ years of management consulting or transformation leadership experience, or 15+ years in business analysis and process design for large initiatives. Minimum 5 years of people‑management experience leading senior practitioners. Proven ability to set strategies, prioritize outcomes, establish success measures, and guide work approach. Experience with change‑management best practices and working in agile environments. Strong analytical, visual and written communication skills; ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. Proficiency with AI tools and incorporating them into operational workflows. Solid understanding of the asset‑management industry; organizational and project‑management skills. Must be willing to work from the office four days per week in Los Angeles, CA or Charlotte, NC (remote Fridays only). Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Human‑Centered Design or other Design Thinking frameworks. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process‑improvement certification. Business process management framework experience. Recent experience leading procurement‑related transformations. Benefits and Compensation
