The Boeing Experimental Systems Group Program is seeking a Program Protection Product Security Analyst located in Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The candidate will lead Boeing Defense, Space & Security's (BDS) with Technology Development, Product Development and/or System Engineering experience in the deployment of (P2) strategy and execution. Primary Responsibilities: Develop concepts of operations, processes and procedures for effective Program Protection solutions. Collaborate with our portfolio of program leaders and government representatives to ensure Program Protection initiatives are effectively implemented. Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks associated with Program Protection to achieve technical and programmatic objectives. Assess threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend counter measures/mitigations Coordinate across various team members (e.g., Program Managers, Customers, Engineers, Security technicians) to develop and refine Program Protection concepts, methodologies, and strategies. Author, coordinate reviews and release written Program Protection Plans and other documentation (e.g., OPSEC and CONOPS plans). Flexibility to travel to various Boeing, Subcontractor, and Vendor locations to provide Program Protection support and conduct Program Protection briefings. Additional responsibilities: Leads the integration of security and resiliency into products and services throughout the lifecycle of the product/service to meet all applicable certifications and customer requirements. Leads the research, collection, interpretation, test, and analysis of technical data for system-level product security concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle. Performs complex product security risk/attack surface/vulnerability analyses and security audits of applications and application stacks of various provenances. Leads the analysis, triage, aggregation, escalation, and reporting of relevant product security and anti-tamper data and other information sources for attack indicators and potential security breaches. Leads incident coordination. Correlates and performs complex trend analysis. Analyzes malware and attacker tactics to improve detection capabilities. Prepares and presents technical reports and briefings to senior management. This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree in technical related discipline is required. 5+ years' experience with systems security and Program Protection Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Counterintelligence (CI) Poly adjudicated in the last 5 years Experience in working multi-compartmented security systems Experience supporting new technology development programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Access) Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Typical Summary pay range: $144,500- $195,500
