Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform and document inspection and surveillance activities.
Review specifications, drawings, and reports to ensure quality requirements are translated into work instructions.
Review incoming materials for compliance with customer contracts and purchase orders.
Actively promote and strengthen our core values and the culture of Mission First, People Always through everyday actions and decisions.
Qualifications
Knowledge of ASME Codes and other relevant codes and standards for power‑generation industry repair, replacement, and modification activities.
Experience with receipt inspection, welding processes, welder and weld procedure qualification processes.
Must be certified Level II VT, PT, MT & UTT methods and mechanical inspection activities; prior certification is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment Conditions include working in office settings with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, and warehouses. Exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather may occur. The candidate must be able to safely access all property areas and use required PPE. Jobsite visits are required.
