As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Inside Sales Representative, you will provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and demonstrate the value of being a GEICO policyholder—all without making a single cold call. Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $20.00 per hour / $40,300.00 annually Bilingual Differential: 10% of base salary Performance Incentives: Up to $60,000 annually Shift Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500 for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty) Benefits

Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to deliver a positive and personalized sales experience Assess customer needs and recommend coverage solutions Maintain product knowledge and identify cross‑selling opportunities Provide potential customers with peace of mind by selecting the right coverage for optimal protection Qualifications
Minimum 1 month of customer‑facing sales experience (3+ years preferred) Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals (preferred) Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided) High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays EEO Statement
