The Opportunity Matter Labs is looking for a highly skilled Principal UX Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of zkSync. In this role, you will partner with various teams to design a user‑centric experience that will drive mass adoption of blockchain technology.
Responsibilities
Develop a vision for the user experience of zkSync
Foster a user‑centered design culture within Matter Labs
Provide design leadership and direction across the organization
Collaborate with engineers to translate design vision into reality
Develop and prioritize design initiatives and roadmaps
Qualifications
6+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and web3
A passion for improving the user experience of web3
The ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading and inspiring design teams
