Proactively build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing smaller builder accounts to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Lead a value-driven sales process by conducting discovery calls to understand dealer needs and presenting tailored product solutions Manage a pipeline of opportunities, provide accurate sales forecasts, and meet or exceed sales quotas through strong dealer relationships
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an inside sales or account executive role with full sales cycle responsibility, preferably in the pool or related industry Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience managing complex deal cycles Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport in a remote environment
