Position Overview
Circle Logistics is seeking a driven
Inside Sales Manager
to join our team. This role operates in a cradle-to-grave brokerage environment, meaning you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your accounts—from prospecting and securing new customers to managing freight execution and maintaining long-term client relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in owning their accounts from the first call through successful load delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through outbound outreach and networking
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of freight opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new business
Oversee day-to-day management of customer accounts and freight movements
Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure successful load execution
Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers to maintain strong profit margins
Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication
Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding freight volume
Monitor market conditions and provide strategic solutions to customers
What Success Looks Like
Consistently generating new business and expanding customer relationships
Building a stable book of accounts that produces a consistent margin
Successfully managing freight from pickup through delivery
Maintaining strong customer retention through service and communication
Contributing to the growth and performance of the overall team

Qualifications: Qualifications
Sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
Freight brokerage experience is strongly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
