What You’ll Do (Setter Phase) **
Knock assigned residential neighborhoods in Vegas
Start professional, face-to-face conversations with homeowners
Identify interest and
set qualified appointments
Track daily activity and hit performance standards
Learn real sales skills — communication, confidence, discipline, mindset
You will be outdoors and on your feet. This is active, real-world selling.

Compensation **

1099 Independent Contractor — 100% Commission — Uncapped Earnings **
Setter commissions:
$750–$1,000+ per completed deal
Closer commissions:
$2,000–$7,000+ per deal
Manager overrides:
$3,000–$10,000+ per deal
Strong performers consistently earn
$2,000–$5,000+ per week
(with higher upside as a closer).
Pay reflects
output, not tenure. No caps.
