Provide and oversee exceptional nursing care for residents Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support STNAs Respond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Advocate for residents and their individual care needs What We're Looking For:
