Conduct laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, serology, blood gas/point of care, chemistry, or blood bank Maintain supply inventory and perform weekly/monthly maintenance on analyzers Assist in implementing new analyzers and train staff on new procedures Review and update section policies and procedures annually Perform calibration, linearity, and data review as needed Ensure quality control and take corrective actions when necessary Provide in-service training and support to laboratory personnel and students Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform specimen collection and processing duties as required To excel in this role, you should have: Two-year Medical Laboratory Technician degree or equivalent Four-year degree from an accredited program or two-year degree with MT AAB Certification ASCP certification or equivalent required or obtainable within 1 year of hire Need 1 year experience in setting Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
