Primary Responsibilities
Assist individuals of all ages in crisis to regain control of their lives and recovery journey.
Perform tasks that support individuals in their recovery processes.

Compensation
Senior Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: $38,000 ($18.26/hr) plus benefits.
Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: $34,500 ($16.58/hr) plus benefits.
Recovery Support Specialist: $30,000 ($14.42/hr) plus benefits.
Additional Compensation
Evening/Nights: +$0.50/hr.
Weekends: +$0.75/hr.
Holidays: +$0.75/hr.
On‑call: +$1.00/hr.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Senior Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: Must currently hold PRSS certification, high school diploma or GED, demonstrate personal knowledge in advocacy in recovery, and have two years of PRSS experience.
Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: Must currently hold PRSS certification, high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate personal knowledge in advocacy in recovery.
Recovery Support Specialist: High school diploma or GED, demonstrate personal knowledge or advocacy in recovery, and ability to become a PRSS.

Drug and Alcohol Pre‑employment and Pre‑placement Testing Applicants for safety‑sensitive positions will be required to submit to a urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment is contingent on a negative test.
Work Hours and Schedule Agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
