What You Can Expect As our Sales Support Analyst II, you will be responsible for managing the setup and preparation of retail electricity and gas bids using internal sales management tools. In this role, you will collaborate with ENGIE Resources sales personnel, customers, and brokers to obtain accurate customer pricing and contract execution requirements. Additionally, you will proactively manage pricing requests from partners and direct sales across all ENGIE Resources service areas, leveraging your organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure the complete and accurate setup for timely delivery of pricing proposals. You will also research and assist in resolving channel conflicts between affected parties. This role is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the Sales Support Director.
Research and assist in the resolution of channel conflicts between affected parties
Assist Engie Resources sales team in maintaining the accuracy and data quality in the internal CRM system
Assist Engie Resources sales team in pre‑deal support activities
Communicate effectively with internal business units and external partners to address issues such as but not limited to prioritization and revisions of requests, legal contracting entity and account number confirmation
Complete Opportunity set‑up process for each pricing request using internal CRM system and applicable databases and tools to enable the Sales Team to generate timely bid responses
Help to identify effective process improvements
What You’ll Bring
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or we will accept five (5) years of hands‑on experience in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience industry (retail electricity) or related field
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work as an effective team player in a fast‑paced sales environment
You are self‑directed, able to learn the business processes and new products quickly
You hold the ability to comply with all ENGIE Resources North America policies and procedures
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, three days in office, two days remote
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation Salary Range:
$63,300 - $96,945 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus.
