Actively listens and monitors daily call interactions. Conducts and completes monthly call interaction audits. Reviews customer call interaction recordings upon request. Proactively discovers insights/trends and communicates with leadership regarding findings
What We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of dependable attendance, punctuality, and consistent work performance. Minimum of 1-year experience with monitoring call interactions. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to process and handle confidential information. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communications skills. Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have but not required! (We'll train you!):
Previous experience in a call center environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Positive and professional attitude.
Location & Work Setting
Office Address: 628 Roosevelt Rd, St. Cloud, MN, 56301 Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday, 8:00am -5:00pm CST Work Setting: In - Office
Competitive Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $21 - $24.25 per hour. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communications skills. Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour.
