Responsibilities The successful candidate will facilitate organizational change across a complex, multi‑site, statewide health system. The Program Manager III will work directly with operational and clinical teams, identify project champions, determine key performance indicators, and develop strategies to track and measure success. They will also be responsible for year‑round governance, prioritization, risk management, and submission readiness for stakeholders.
Required skills include a solid understanding of change management principles, effective communication across all organizational levels, and proven experience in managing complex projects on time and on budget.
Required Education / Skills / Work Experience
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in health information systems, Information Technology, project management, informatics, analytics, system education, business administration, or a similar field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects on time and on budget.
Experience developing training programs and resources to encourage adoption of new systems and processes.
Ability to analyze data and present findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently, taking initiative and driving projects forward.
EPIC experience required.
