You’ll be responsible for turning plumbing system needs into real solutions for customers. This position blends technical understanding with sales, helping clients make informed decisions about repair, replacement, and system improvements. You’re not just selling a job. You’re helping customers understand how their systems operate, what’s not working, and how to improve long‑term performance and cost. Responsibilities
Work directly with customers, estimating work, building proposals, and managing opportunities from first conversation through close. Assess plumbing systems, identify issues, recommend solutions, and build trust with customers. Review drawings, develop estimates, create proposals, and align scope with real conditions. Manage a pipeline of quotes, follow up on leads, and maintain momentum to close work. Coordinate with internal teams, stay organized, track activity, and support smooth handoffs. Develop design‑build solutions that balance cost, performance, and long‑term value. Hands‑on role where technical knowledge and people skills both matter. Work in real facilities, solve real problems, and help customers make confident decisions. Qualifications
Experience with plumbing or mechanical systems, understanding of how systems operate. Ability to read drawings, build estimates, and connect scope to real‑world conditions. Experience building relationships, communicating clearly, handling questions and objections. Organized and self‑directed, able to manage time and multiple opportunities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a sales‑driven environment. Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range: $71,078.81 - $106,618.22. The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
