We are currently seeking a
Sales Business Development Representative (BDC)
to join our call center team. This role plays a key part in the customer experience by supporting service customers with appointment scheduling, vehicle updates, and retention efforts.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Follow scripts and dealership guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls
Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system
Schedule service appointments in accordance with dealership policies
Maintain balanced appointment distribution across the schedule
Outbound call responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
No-show follow-ups
Appointment confirmations
Lead follow-ups
Daily task list completion
Complete 125 outbound calls per day
Achieve a goal of 5–7 appointments set per day
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous call center, BDC, or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)
Strong communication and phone skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred
Driven by goals, performance, and results
