Generating sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, the full-time Regional Inside Sales Representative will engage with clients remotely, leveraging provided leads to convert inquiries into booked services while collaborating with the sales team to exceed targets. Key responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries through various channels Engage with homeowners to understand their service needs and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain customer records and track sales activities in the CRM system
Required qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the residential service industry Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceptional experiences Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
