Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85/hour Target annual commission: $13,200 Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months) Medical, Dental, Vision (50% coverage) 401(k) match up to 7% of employee contribution PTO eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually) Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week What You’ll Do Work inside a premium automotive dealership as the tire sales expert, building customer trust. Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive. Perform quick visual inspections and identify customer needs. Recommend solutions confidently and provide pricing. Close sales and build relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations, including inventory and reporting. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment. Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).
