Coordinate and supervise student clinical experiences at partnering healthcare facilities. Serve as the primary point of contact between the district, clinical site, instructors, and hospital staff. Monitor student attendance, professionalism, and performance during clinical rotations. Ensure compliance with all state, district, and clinical site policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist students in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors required for successful certification and employment. Maintain required clinical documentation and records. Collaborate with instructors and healthcare partners to ensure a positive clinical learning environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the district administrator.
