Are you an energetic, self-motivated, relationship-driven professional? Do you have a passion for building relationships and providing world‑class customer service?
As a Compact Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and rental growth by building strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and construction professionals in your territory. You’ll represent a trusted brand and a full line of high‑performance equipment backed by outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new customers within your territory
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while developing new accounts
Provide customers with equipment rental and purchase solutions tailored to their needs
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry updates
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Energetic and outgoing applicants with a strong work ethic
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self‑starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
Knowledge of heavy equipment, attachments, and industry applications is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
