Essential Duties and Responsibilities Market Leadership & Operational Oversight
Direct and oversee daily operations within the assigned service area to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency of service delivery
Coordinate with Service Managers and field teams to manage scheduling, workforce utilization, and customer commitments
Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain accountability for overall regional performance, including service execution and customer outcomes
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategies in alignment with Company objectives
Drive expansion of maintenance agreements, service contracts, and project work within existing and new accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share within the Central Florida region
Maintain ownership of regional sales goals and contribute to overall Company revenue targets
Review and approve proposals to ensure scope alignment, pricing accuracy, and adherence to margin expectations
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and accounts within the region
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and partners
Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure consistent communication and a high standard of service delivery
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, manage, and develop regional staff, including field personnel
Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, priorities, and operational updates
Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain appropriate staffing levels
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Financial Performance & Accountability
Manage regional financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, and cost control
Monitor job profitability and ensure alignment with established financial targets
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance tracking
Partner with Accounting and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Take corrective action as needed to address variances and improve financial outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Project Teams to ensure seamless execution of work
Coordinate with leadership to align regional activities with Company initiatives and strategic priorities
Provide feedback on market conditions, service offerings, and operational improvements
Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to overall business planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC service, construction, or related industry
Demonstrated experience in both operations management and sales or account management
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service agreements, and project work
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with COINS, preferred
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
Work Environment & Expectations
This position operates in both office and field environments
Regular site visits and customer interactions are required
Availability to support business needs outside of standard working hours as necessary
