We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Representative to join our Orlando team. This position focuses on representing client brands, speaking with customers face-to-face, and supporting sales and marketing campaigns inside partnered retail locations and local event settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants hands‑on experience, and is looking to grow in sales, marketing, customer relations, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner
Engage with customers face‑to‑face inside partnered retail locations
Explain current products, services, and promotional offers
Answer customer questions and help guide them through available options
Assist with customer sign‑ups, product education, and sales goals
Support daily marketing campaigns and in‑store promotional events
Work with team leaders to improve communication, sales, and leadership skills
Maintain a professional appearance and upbeat attitude during events
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in person
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
Must be able to work on‑site in the Orlando area
