Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly. Perks and Benefits

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.69 per hour. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan; most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus. EEO Statement
