Pasiflora AI builds the human layer for AI, connecting top domain experts with frontier AI labs. We're growing our network of PhD-level software and computer science experts who can evaluate and improve how AI systems write and reason about code.
This is remote, flexible, project-based work — you choose when you work.
*What you'll do*
* Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, efficiency, and security
* Write and review reference solutions across languages and paradigms
* Debug, critique, and improve model output with expert-level feedback
* Create challenging coding problems and benchmarks that stress-test models
*Areas we're recruiting* Software engineering, machine learning / AI, systems, algorithms, distributed systems, security, data engineering, and related computer science specialties. Strong across one or more of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C/C++, Go, Rust, and others.
*Requirements*
* *PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field (required)*
* Deep practical and theoretical coding expertise
* Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
* Strong written English
