This job description is for an Associate Manager, Digital Design, a company recognized for its diversity and focus on innovation. In this remote role, you’ll lead a design team, oversee the development of user experiences for their e-commerce platform, and collaborate on building a design system.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:
5+ years of experience in design (Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 7 years experience can substitute).
Experience leading and mentoring a design team (a strong plus).
Proven ability to design user experiences for B2C e-commerce platforms.
Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Some understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
