Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in scaffold and work access sales, including labor-inclusive contracts
Experience estimating scaffold and work access project costs
Working knowledge of Salesforce in a construction industry environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Experience
Proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Experience reviewing project plans, specifications, and bid documents
Understanding of construction project scheduling, workflows, and contract management
Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, estimating, and project management teams to deliver successful project outcomes
